From the 50’s to the 70’s, Russian researcher Lydia Sebastien developped a method of « rejuvenating exercices » at the core of which was balancing.

The balancing method is inspired by the hygienist principles that most oriental Yoga teachings share (inverted postures of Chinese gymnastics), by the Bates method (ocular gymnastics) and by humorism, a field dear to the heart of Hippocratus and to naturopaths (health depends upon the quality of the liquids circulating within the body).

Undeniable proof of the balancing method’s efficiency: retinographies (photos of the deep eye) that compare blood vessels before and after regular use of the method, show spectacular effects on blood flow and for regenerating body functions!
